In the 2 quarter of 2010, the quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Wuhan City conducted special supervision and spot checks on the quality of the leakage circuit breakers produced and sold in the city. A total of 28 batches of products were inspected, and 0 batches were found to be unqualified.
According to GB16916.1-2003 "Residual Current Actuated Circuit Breakers (RCCB) without Overcurrent Protection for Household and Similar Purposes Part 1: General Rules", GB16917.1-2003 "Residual Current Actuated Circuit Breakers (RCBO) with Overcurrent Protection for Household and Similar Purposes Part 1: General Rules" and other national standards and related standards, the following items of products are inspected. Tests were carried out: signs; electrical clearance and creepage distance (only for external components); verification of electric shock protection; heat resistance test; abnormal heat resistance and fire resistance; dielectric property test; temperature rise test; performance of insulating shock voltage; validation of action characteristics under residual current conditions; validation of action performance of test device at rated voltage limit value; under overcurrent conditions To verify the action characteristics; to verify the surge current generated by impulse voltage to prevent mistripping performance.
